There is a difference between accidental deaths of civilians, and intentionally murduring them.

The net effect of the United States' destruction of Saddams regime was positive. No more mass graves, no more secret police. No more embargo. I could go on, but I won't waste the effort on you.
That'll make up for the thousands of other little children we've blown to smithereens in Iraq.
