The part of your brain that evaluates risk and provides judgement doesn't fully develop until you're about 26 years old.These guys will be lucky to make 22.
I hope he's signed his organ donor card.
That's just scary stupid. There are so many what ifs in that video. I wouldn't feel sorry for either one of those fools,but I would for the people hurt in any accident they caused.
