I have been bombarded by spam in the comments areas lately. To try to stop the flood, I have turned on the word verification feature. I apologize for the inconvenience.
If this doesn't work, I will have to switch to registered users comment only.
I don't blame you, I had the same problem a month ago, I have my own blog with blogger and since I turned on Word Verification, I don't get many comments now. It does work. Good Luck.

Auto Prophet, I just got my first three spam comments, and will have to follow your example.
I don't know who these spammers think they are reaching, most people delete it or have software to weed it out.
