According to a Buick spokesman who spoke to Edmunds, there won't be a Buick wagon for the U.S.
Won't someone build a fun-to-drive wagon for the U.S. market? Hello?

mazda does. Maybe the company will come back to her senses and start selling the six-speed manual diesel wagon in the U.S., you know, the same one they have been successfully selling in Europe since 2002? That is three generations of diesel sportwagons, with a manual transmission and all.
It is as if American car manufacturers are actively trying to kill any goodwill and want one to hate them. After statements like "absolutely not", it is very, very hard not to.
Bascially what GM is showing is that they have a ready to sell model, but they will not be selling one, just-because. Supposedly they would lose money. Well then build it in the United States!
And the fact that this is an Opel Insignia, which means: station wagon, turbo diesel and a manual, and that we will not be seeing any of that, makes me really angry at GM. It is like they want people like myself to boycott them.

Bring back the SVO with the Focus ST's motor upgraded somewhat, the base v6 (maybe the engine to leave out though), an Ecoboost V6, and the 5.0. Avoid the cartoony feel of the Camaro and leave behind the retro. Also keep it American and leave the Euro styling to the rest of the line up and everything should be good

Yep, total jerks.
