That's either a Fairmont or Zephyr wagon from about 79. They're very popular at drag strips, because they are Fox chassis and all the Mustang goodies just bolt right in. They're relatively cheap to buy and the perfect way to wipe a smile of a Chevy guy's face.
Growing up we had an 81 Fairmont wagon with the 4.2 255 CI V8. It wasn't a Stang by any stretch, but you could break the rears loose if you stomped on it.

I don't see the fake woodgrain, so I'll bet it's a Fairmont. Dead on with the rest.
