There's always a "work-around".
Like many Porsche owners. A car like a GT2 is not a primary car. They are 3rd 4th or 5th cars in the "Fleet". It gets used on weekends and Track days and such. The miles don't pile up fast, so they usally qualify for a Low milage - multicar discount. .....and as you said, if you have to worry about the cost of the insurance....maybe you really can't a afford one in the first place.
I would guess that this Bugatti is one of them. I would sure die to be able to have one.
